Start/End Times

The event begins at 7PM on Friday, May 15th, but attendees can arrive as early as 3PM.

The event ends at around 12-1PM on Monday, May 18th.

If you must arrive late due to an unavoidable conflict such as an AP exam, that's all good, just make sure to let us know in advance.

Flights

Most people will fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). We'll help you get to the venue — if you need a pickup, we can have staff meet you at the airport and Uber you over.

If possible, book flights that land at least 1 hour before the start of the event and depart at least 3 hours after the event ends. If that's not possible, we can accommodate you; just let us know.

If you bought travel stipends in the shop, we will reimburse you that amount. If you need us to book your travel for you, please contact an organizer (only possible if you buy more travel stipend than the cost of your flight).

Pre/Post Event Accommodation

If you need to arrive a day early or leave a day late, pre and post event accommodation is available for purchase in the shop.

Trains, Buses, and Cars

If you are traveling to Stasis by means of land transport, you can get reimbursed by using the Hack Club Gas Fund. Keep in mind the Gas Fund is unlikely to cover 100% of expenses, so you can buy additional travel stipends in the Stasis shop.
